Harold is a NOAA EPP/MSI Earth System Sciences and Remote Sensing-II Scholar in Cohort 1 at the City College of New York CUNY. He is a PhD student majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
Harold’s research focuses on expanding our understanding of how cities interact with the atmosphere in the context of a changing climate, as well as the consequences these interactions have on the exposure of people and infrastructure to weather extremes (Heat and Air Quality).
In 2021, Harold was selected to the inaugural class of EPP/MSI Graduate Fellows. he completed a 1-year residency with the NOAA Chemical Science Laboratory under the mentorship of Dr. Brian McDonald.
