Dr. Faun Rockcliffe- New CESSRST II Education Expert
CESSRST is pleased to welcome Dr. Faun Rockcliffe.
Dr. Faun Rockcliffe joined CESSRST II on December 27, 2023, as the first full-time Education Expert.
She is a graduate of CUNY (Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts & Bachelor of Arts in Psychology of Learning) and Howard University (PhD in Educational Psychology).
Her dissertation research was on “Examining interrelationships among gender and racial microaggressions, self-efficacy, interests, outcome expectations, engineering identity, and persistence goals for Black undergraduate women”.
Dr. Rockcliffe has over 12 years of experience combined as an interdisciplinary social science researcher and evaluator and as an educator in higher education. Following her PhD, Dr. Rockcliffe was Assistant Director of Assessment at Drexel University’s Center for the Advancement of STEM Teaching and Learning Excellence (CASTLE), followed by her position as Senior Research Manager (Evaluation Team) in Administration for Children’s Services Workforce Institute at Hunter College.
