Andrew is a Cohort 3 NOAA EPP/MSI Earth Systems Sciences and Remote Sensing Scholar at the City College of New York, pursuing a Master’s in Environmental Engineering focusing on Climate and Remote Sensing. He is interested in coastal and climate resilience efforts for island nations and currently working on statistical methods to clean satellite data for nowcasting tropical storms. This relates to NOAA’s mission of understanding changes in Earth’s environment.
